- Single basic will – from £450 plus VAT
- Mirror wills – from £650 plus VAT
- Life interest wills – from £800 plus VAT
Complex Wills
Wills involving commercial assets, high net worth, complex family issues, disabled beneficiaries.
- Discretionary Trust Will – from £750 plus VAT
- Letter of Wishes – from £250 plus VAT
Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Lasting Powers of Attorney – from £500 plus VAT
- LPA for Business – from £950 plus VAT
Trust Matters
- Simple Declarations of Trust – from £400 plus VAT
- DOT involving provisions for sale of property – from £650 plus VAT
- Deed of Appointment – from £600 plus VAT

Reference to VAT is at its current rate of 20%
