With 29 years’ experience across the shipping, transport and logistics sectors, I bring a strong background in finance and business management to the legal sector.

After moving into law in 2007 to head up a Business Support team, I spent nine years developing a deep understanding of the operational and compliance demands of legal practice.

Since joining Aquabridge Law in 2018, I have focused on improving business processes through strong client and supplier relationships, alongside implementing compliant, client-focused procedures that support reporting, growth and continuous improvement.

I enjoy working closely with people and supporting their development, whether through coaching, mentoring or day-to-day guidance. I am also passionate about improving processes and introducing practical ways of working that help the team operate efficiently and deliver a consistently high level of service.
