Having completed my law degree and the Legal Practice Course, I joined Aquabridge Law in September 2019 as a paralegal in the corporate and commercial team. I later secured a training contract with the firm in October 2021 and successfully completed it and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2023.

I work together with Simon Letts and Keith Vincent in advising our clients on corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, company law and corporate governance, company restructuring, share reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.

I am focused on achieving effective results for our clients, and by bringing my knowledge, experience, determination, and enthusiasm I am able to ensure that I achieve these results with maximum efficiencies.
